Transmition Change on an 850

As i am finding it increasingly hard to find a decent manual 850 2.5 20v, i was wondering if anyone has done or would know hopw to or even how hard it would be to change an auto transmition to a manual?! I know this would not be an easy change and i am sure it would require some ecu changes, but can it be done and has anyone undertaken such a task??

Far too much trouble. Keep looking for a manual.

Yea thats what i was thinking, its just such a faf trying to get one with exactly what you want.
