"viscous fan"

Hi, guys I have 740 with b230k engine.I like my Volvo very much, but I live in Bulgaria and it is hard to keep it in exelent condition because the parts are too expensive for our standart, so I become to an automechanic. My problem is with the viscous fan. I have an oil leakage from it wich I eliminate, but I dont know what kind of oil to refill and how much? If somebody of you guys can help me I will be very happy. Thank you.

I have two K-motors myself, both in 240's (one '87 and one '88). I have never done any work on the fans, I guess I would simply pick one from a junkyard if any of mine failed.
In Bulgaria where old Volvos mgiht be few and far between, this i perhaps not an option. I did a quick search on the net ("viscous fan" oil refill) and found a few web pages describing the procedure. You might pick up something useful here:
