My car has only done 71,000, bit I'd check the rear suspension bushes very carefully.

Other things which may be obvious to the more experienced would include cam belt , condition of brake discs, if not serviced by main dealer has correct oil been used, does powered tail gate work properly., do all dash lights go out, stay out. Advise check what tyres cost, may be a shock if its on 17" wheels

I think the V70 D5 is a lovely car but it isn't cheap to run and as it gets older the running costs will more than likely rise
