Rear Windscreen lightly scratched, how do I remove?
Ok so not strictly a 40 series question but the problem is on the back of my V40
It seems that something has got stuck on the rear wiper blade and has lightly scratched an arc on the rear widscreen. Almost like a frosted glass effect. Although I can see out the window perfectly its very annoying. I like clean windows!! In the past I have polished perspex using fine grit of sandpaper. I am assuming a similar process but I don't want to make the problem any worse. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Many thanks Matt |

an old trusted remedy for scratches on glass was "jewelers rouge" if you can still obtain it. |
