I've only had mine since May 2021 and so far covered about 3k miles. Had to change the alarm mass movement sensor and have the O2 sensor cleaned both of which were covered under warranty. It needed new rear discs and pads but obviously a wear and tear item. I'm thinking of a Haldex fluid change soon as it's approaching 40k miles and possibly a gearbox service too.
I’m looking at getting my Haldex serviced. I’ll be getting my Autobox serviced every other year, keep it fresh. Modern motors are a slave to electronic and sensor failures. I’m having my spare set of Neso alloys painted into Hyper Silver, I hate diamond cuts

I'd like to do the Haldex myself but not a lot of info about for having the correct fluid level afterwards.

Are you Mr Smith?

oh yes you would be surprised how much fuel expands in very hot weather , if you full it at say 8C and the next day it's 35C you will have over a gallon extra in your tank .. probably more
Th gauge is purely a LEVEL indicator .

As you are here Mr Clan please can you provide any info on changing the Haldex fluid of the Gen5 unit fitted to a 2016 V60 XC? In particular setting the level of the fresh oil.

TIA

yes it's pretty simple , the plastic level plug is on the left hand side of the unit , make sure the car is level and use a large syringe to fill to the level of the hole in the casing until it runs out. When it starts dripping replace the plug ..
