Bit odd, buy a car for 6k but the engine isn't included?????

I wouldn't spend 6k and at the first corner write it off. I'd buy a 500 quid car and fit roll cage etc and go rallycross like top gear did

I think I will pass

Would these engines wouldn't fit in RHD?

Am I seeing things or did the owner re-route the fuse panel to the dash, but then leave in the ceramic fuses!? Blade fuse or MCB conversion would have made some more sense there I'd have thought, no?
