Try to charge firstly it maybe help if not buy battery that i shared previously.

A fully charged battery should give 12.7 volts (each of the six cells give 2.1 volts.

At 12.3 volts it is 50% discharged and at 10.5 volts it is probably dead.

At 10.5 volts the battery is effectively dead. Even at 0% charge an AGM battery in good condition would read ~11.5V.

I've gone for the Halfords battery mentioned earlier in the thread

A quick update...I fitted the Halfords (Yuasa) battery and all seems to be well in that the start/stop warning has disappeared and the start/stop is now working.
