Alloy wheels wanted
Anyone got or know of a nice set of wheels to suit a 240? Would consider anything from original Volvo to BBS, Borbets etc... Preferably with a deep dish. The stud pattern is 5x108. Not worried about condition. Willing to pay for shipping if necessary. Cheers

I've got some Scorpius' AKA Torslanda alloys, 14x6, 5x108. Not sure how many have tyres though.
Dan

Hi Dan, I do quite like those wheels. Although, I am really after 16 or 17" and something a bit wider but may consider these if I can't find what i am looking for. PM me what you are need for them. Thanks

Stock Volvo wheels are normally 14s and 15s with rare exceptions such as the Polaris' and Galaxies, which I'm sure you're aware are as rare as hens teeth. Other options are Jag, Ford and some Ferrari wheels but these normally throw up other issues such as offset and center bore sizes.
By all means send me a message if you get tired of looking, unfortunately most nice wheels aren't Volvo fitment!

No they won't fit, for RWD applications you need an offset of 25 or less. Spacers would slow them to fit but you would probably be looking at another £200 on top of the wheels.

5x110 are a bit more common so I might just run wobble bolts if I can come across something nice in that pattern. Don't mind boring out the centre bore in wheels either to make them suit. |
