Default Last attempt - 440 turbo for sale

I know i have 2 other threads running, but some more information:

1996 Auto.

In very good condition. Starts first time every time. Comes with a front bumper that needs a respray. Current one on the vehicle has a crack where the previous owner hit it with his mobility scooter. Ive had it for 2/3 months but can't keep the insurance payments, very reluctant sale. 90k on the clock. Scrubs up lovely when clean. One small bit of rust on the rear right arch. I would also like to say that it was a while ago losing water, when i questioned this with my brother (a mechanic) it was diagnosed that i had caught it in the early stages of needing a new head gasket. It loses no oil, has no loss in power and only dumps the water after its been hot and it cools down. Even though it doesnt do it all the time. However it may not be headgasket. I've been assured there is no head damage, and it will be okay for a few hundred miles still. For this reason, as i was looking for an excuse to get rid of it anyway as £374 / month insurnace isnt that appealing anymore, it has been sat on my drive for a few weeks. I had to move it the other day and having been sat there covered in snow in below freezing conditions it still started first time. I am now being forced to drive a fiesta -_-

Full Service History
Shed loads of reciepts for services and parts etc. Old mot's as well
Blistein springs all round, lowered 40mm approx
Powerflow exhaust
SSP alloys
Debadged leaving the word "Turbo" on the back. *Not in the pics though*
Tread on all tyres, just had 2 new on the back and tracking done
Had the doors welded professionaly to get rid of cracking pillars.
Bailey DV26 BoV
Comes with no radio, i didnt get the original one when i bought it.
2 x 250 W pioneer speakers already wired in, and original parcel shelf too.

£400, (£470 with the alloys) Peterborough.

Send me a message for more information, or post.

If you mean is she quick, yes she is, ive had 140 out of her, although im gonna guess the speedo might be slightly out due to age. And if you meant being auto does it change smooth, yes it does. Doesnt event jerk if your flooring or on the kick down.

Being auto, it only makes a whoosh sound when letting off the throttle. You can make an auto change using foot pressure anyway so if u let off just before it changes, it does.

Very nice, car!
You should keep it.

I'm looking for something like that for my second 440 but unfortunately, i need a left hand car.
Too bad for me, your car is excellent.

I'd take this car if I was close to it. Unless, from Belfast I get a boat to Liverpool then a train to Peterborough and back again for the overnight.

You should do it! get a mate to drive you on the ferry, then liverpool to boro is 178 miles.

Or go by yourself and get the train then a taxi to my house, should cost no more than a tenner from the pboro station.

Hi.
Could you sell the Alloys/Tyres on their own:
I want tyre stretch on my 440, but need wider wheels, are they wider han 5.5J?
What cost and could delivery be arranged by yourself, to mine: DT5 2EE.
Many thanks,
Tom.

I have no idea what the 5.5J means.

They are 195 / 45 / r16's.

I dont really tbh with you, id prefer to sell them with the car, just want rid of all of it in one go tbh.

But you should buy the whole car really, then drop the manual box from your 440 in it.

Then it would be lovely
