Default disc brakes

just pondering the ins and outs of amazonian coolness and was wondering..
ford mustangs are the same bolt pattern as an amazon . will the disk brakes fit on as well as the wheel ?is this something to consider seeing as though the price of proper zon disk's are f'in steep to say the least. also are there any others that would do the job ?I heard some mitsubishi's have the same bolt pattern etc.. has anyone tried any of these daft ideas?

The challenge with adapting different rotors from some random car is the caliper adapter bracket. You either need access to a mill or pay a machine shop to make you a set. Also good condition used 4-pot calipers can cost quite a bit, especially for the aluminum ones. I remember looking for used RX7 calipers and was surprised by how much the were. This is why I'm just going with the Wilwood stuff in my Estate. Easy and still pretty cost effective.

To separate the stock solid rotor from my hubs I just pressed out the wheel studs on my hydraulic press. Took about 3 tons according to the gauge.
