Smile V50 and iPod Use (newbiw question)

Ok so I have just received my nice new V50 SE Lux 1.6d DrivE

Done less than 50 miles but very happy, just wish I could work out how to change albums on my Ipod. I can change tracks but can't find a way to change to a different play list or album.

Am I being thick? Or is this not possible?

If it works the same as my C70 you just need to press the menu button in the centre console and then use the select options to scroll down to Artist, Album or playlist....

I don't think it is possible to use the steering wheel to change album on the iPod

Default aux socket

Could I ask if you are using the headphone output from your ipod into the aux jack in the Volvo?

I'm having trouble playing any MP3 through my C70's aux socket.

Thanks

Mike

On the 08' and later cars full iPod integration is possible, I'm lucky enough to have this in my car.

So in answer to your question, no I am not using the aux socket, if using this I'm afraid you have quite limited functionality (basically you can only control the tracks/albums etc directly from the iPod).
