Default V70 D5 Front control arms-wishbones, Which to buy ?

Hello chaps,
I'm in need of a pair of front wishbone arms as mine have split bushes and were an advisory on the MOT. I have used Lemforder arms on a previous car and was considering going the poly bush route until reading that that will affect comfort, which is what I value above all else.
Has anybody used anything other than Lemforder that have lasted as long as the genuine Volvo items before splitting ?

The car does around 12-20k miles a year, but almost all on bumpy country roads. I have read some saying they have had cheaper bushes fail in as little as 3 months, so definitely want to avoid that !

definitely not a job you want to be doing regularly

that's why I went with the poly's. but then again I like (or at least don't mind) a hard ride

My experience replacing control arm bushings with polys was absolutely positive. There was a small but real "tightening-up feeling" in corners -call it precision- bot in no way was the ride made harsh.

When the vehicle rolls down the road the control arms are "schematically stationary". Yes, yes, they quivver a bit and lean this way and that through undulations but none of that translates into harshness.
