Information
  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

I think if you ask those who know how to drive to get the most mpg (people who do it in competitions and so) will tell you that using cc is as bad as using aircon, leaving your windows down or having something on the roof.

I do use cc but not to save fuel.

As for the dstc, for normal driving leave it on, if your wanting to drive fast(track/fast road) then off but only if you are able to control a car.

Of course it is perfectly simple to use cruise and give it a few clicks down when you come to a hill and the same number if presses on the decent.

Fine if that advice and other tips are given in the answer but still if its a choice of yes or no then it has to be no.
