Hello,
I have a 15 plate V40 and occasionally leave the dog in the car for a few minutes whilst refuelling etc. I set the alarm to the reduced guard setting. Press the My Car button on the centre console then on the display screen go to car settings then locks and alarm and you will see the reduced guard setting which you press OK to activate once. I am not sure why the window will not stay open though, maybe you press the lock button on the keyfob for too long which would then close the windows? Hope this helps. Steve |
