Thought I'd share this. I had an email from sentinel Volvo based in London. One thing they were offering is free sensus map update for life for a one off fee of £99. This includes a 32Gb volvo USB stick to download the maps onto and then transfer to your vehicle. I've never used Sentinel so can't personally recommend them the link is below for those interested it also contains more info. They are also offering a winter health check for £19.95 with free winter kit. Obviously only any good if you live nearby or are passing by.

Price varies between free and £150 depending on what you dealer thinks of you, and also whether your car is eligible for the upgrade - which old appear to not always be the case.
