Default Tyre Pressure Monitor

Just wanted to say how glad I was to have had TPMS fitted when I purchased new XC60 last May.
I'm in Manchester and had to attend my Mother's funeral in Shrewsbury.
Went to fill up with fuel at 8am and one vehicle message "check tyre pressures". Both rears were down, one at 20psi and the other 30psi, so it was straight to Kwikfit which opened at 8.30, nails in both tyres, fixed and on my way in an hour!
Definitely worth the £230 for TPMS to be fitted, although I think it will soon be a standard feature-at last!

Yet another gadget to go wrong and we are already seeing a lot of this anyone here tried resetting the dash display on a Merc you need a degree in dynamic quantum electronics, seriously though why as there very very few incidents caused by under inflated tyres is it down to saving the planet which is the reason behind cars not having spares or a scam involving petrol stations as most now charge for air.
