D4204T Throttle body rubber ring and cam-fuelpump coupling
Hi!
Does anyone know where can I find these parts (part numbers) and how exactly they are called? Because I can not find any information about them anywhere (not even in VIDA)! First part is the rubber coupling that is between jubilee clip and throttle body (shown in pictures): And second part i've been searching for is the coupling that is between exhaust camshaft and high pressure diesel pump: Btw. it's V50 2.0D D4204T 2004. Thanks! |

Volvo dropped the plastic pipe design on the 2.0 ltr diesel . That's why you can't find the clamp or rubber seal. There now just a standard rubber hose like a coolent hose and they come with the clamp on it . You can't order clamp seperate .

OK, didn't know that.. Thanks. I will have to come up with some kinda solution to fix that, because somehow i managed to break it in half..
About that fuel pump coupling piece. What is its purpose? Wouldn't it be the same if the fuel pump would go straight in to the camshafts end? |

Not cheap, not sure where you got that picture from, but it is the same as this part.

Thank you for the link! Probably ebay is the only place to get it. Or maybe a wreck yard..
Found it somewhere on google images. There is a very loud rattling noise somewhere near exhaust camshaft end where it connects with the fuel pump. So there is a problem either with camshaft, fuel pump or the coupling(key). Aand that coupling is the cheapest part to fix the noise. |
