Volvo On Call App

Managed to log in. Now getting prompted to pair my car. I guess I need to wait a bit longer for whatever is happening to resolve itself.

I'm on iOS and version 5.1.0 and my driving journal data is available.

I’ve managed to get mine back up by turning my phone off/on & starting the car. Unfortunately the last 2 journeys are missing, I towed my caravan 80 miles & the mpg looked great, I wanted to check it against what the car said. It would be a pain in the bum if I was a businessman and need that info for the tax man.

For me it’s moved to under the car icon rather than from the main screen.

Still nothing on charging location, timed charge. I’ve emailed Volvo to ask.

I have queried this with the app developers & they have confirmed as the app is so new, we would just like to ask for your patience for now. The new Volvo cars app will have all of the previous functions & more however it will take a little while for this to be up and running fully. If you are still experiencing issues with this next week, please feel free to check back in for any updates.

If you would like to revert back to the old design in the meantime :
- Open the app
- Click on the profile icon in the bottom right
- Open App Settings
- 'Switch back to previous design"

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with in the meantime.

Thanks for sharing that information. I'm not sure why they've bothered rolling out a 5.x version before all the features are implemented! But I guess there are always unseen complications, and maybe this is the route they needed to take. Either that or the project has run behind schedule and they've pushed it out to pacify management!
