Y also getting server error messages and log-in issues. I think they have a problem at their end. prob best to just leave it for them to get sorted out.

Yes, I get an error logging in on iPhone. I also just installed an update to 5.0.1 on my iPad, and while I was able to login on that, I was then prompted to pair my car.

I suspect service will resume later today, this is quite typical Volvo, looking back over my last 5-6 years with the brand, there have often been outages like this with the Volvo online service and Volvo app. I thin kits often when they are updating things server side, unlike most other tech services out there, they don't seem to be able to do this without an interruption to service.

Update: my phone has just logged in, but its reverted back to the old style interface with no car data available.

Yeah, I can't log into the app this morning either.

There's a notification section in the app, so Volvo should be able to warn about downtimes.

Same here. First time experienced this. Which is a bit of a pain, whilst away in glorious Wales, I’ve got used to sending destination addresses and pre activate the car climate. Hopefully resolved soon.

Mine is working again now, although the colour etc of my car is still showing incorrectly. Have you tried completely closing the app and restarting it?

I have tried fully closing the app and rebooting the phone but still no joy. I will try again in the afternoon. Thanks.
