  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

not QUITE the same but......... in the day I bought a new all white Escort RS Turbo which had the side skirts fitted as standard.....after a few months they were chipped to buggery - worse than yours in fact being chipped along the whole length so I complained to Ford and they replaced them as "a goodwill gesture" ....6 months later they were the same and they again replaced them (the car had road use only).....third time they refused point blank stating that the car was a homologation special and was never designed for road use at which point I threatened to sue them as they had sold the car FOR road use..... after a lot of arguing and threatening letters they bought the car back off me for an agreed price between trade-in and forecourt value.....so COMPLAIN!!!!!
....and possibly fit some mud flaps which will prevent this problem
