Wanted. Early 740 radio Non Amp Type !!
Can anyone help me to find an early 740 radio cassette player.
My 1988 has no wiring for the amplifier that is common to the later models. Annoyingly i have a 2 of the newer units that run with the amp and need one that don`t. It would be easier to fit a cd player but i want to keep the car as original as i can. Fingers Crossed Minty |

You may have an AMP socket on the back but the radios for the 700 had built in amplifiers too to run speakers direct , the AMP socket was used for additional rear speakers .
