Metallic silver car resolutely doing about 65 mph mile after mile ( probably 10 mile +) in the outside lane, never moving over, never overtaking much. On the 3 lane section uphill at Rhuallt I overtook it, It was in the middle lane ( nothing in the inside lane) and it took offence; moved to lane 3 behind me. I drive a V60 Polestar. I think the buffoon was quite upset at how he fell behind so much
