Talking oe cross referance NGK chart

Hi there i crossed your oe Part number and they go to the NGK Part number BKR6E which is a Single pronged plug / so as this is a direct cross from oe that is what i would fit.
NGK BKR6EK is the 3 pronged equivalant, some reach same heat rating etc but i would not fit this plug, i would keep with the above.

The BCPR6ES is same plug as above which was manufactured before the later BKR6E was avalible so is made to a lesser ISO quailty see chart/thread
http://www.spark-plugs.co.uk/pages/technical/ngkjpg.htm

BK = THREAD 14mm / 16.0mm
R = Resistor type
6 = Heat rating
E = Thread reach

So the the BCPR6ES is classed as SUPER copper core which was what they were sold as for Marketing purposes at the time,all the other is the same.
Hope this chart helps.

hello again,

my cars engine size is 2.0 liters.not 2.5 as you have and the user manual of the car says the plugs used in 2.0 and 2.5 are different.maybe these plugs work with 2.5 engine but they dont in 2.0 engine like I wrote in the previous post the plugs get carbon fouled in a short drive...looking like the engine is running rich, however the engine is running normal I can say that because there is no problem with the single prong plugs.the single prongs have white-brown color meaning that the combustion is healthy and the engine is running normal.but the triple ones get carbon fouled if you install and run them with the car.also the car loses power the acceleration is very poor throttle response is terrible.. even if you floor the car the car will rev up but wont accelerate.. but these problems dont occur if you use the single prong plugs.and the car drive totally normal..
