Default low speed vibration on accelaration

In my 72 reg ex dealer demo XC60 (2023MY) which I purchased a few months ago I have noticed a slight "vibration" from the rear of the car under reasonably hard acceleration (I am not talking foot to the floor but it happens when pulling out of a junction reasonably smartish or from standing start from the lights etc.) between about 25 and 32mph....
It FEELS like the out of balance propshaft that I had on an old cortina many years ago but its nowhere near as bad as that was....it is only slight but definitely noticeable

It is not the wheels scrabbling for grip or anything like that

outside of these speeds there is no problem

Dealer mechanic agreed but said it was quite normal and not to worry.

That in itself would indicate it's not normal and, apart from the annoyance factor, any uncorrected vibration can't be good in the long term. I'd push for further investigation whilst you've still got it under warranty.

I have noticed this in my 2018 and 2022 XC90 D5 and B5’s. Exactly the same in both and as you describe only I would say its under just moderate acceleration. Not sure why they do it but they do and doesnt seem to get any worse at all. Both cars were new and showed exactly same symptom so i am confident there is no problem.
