Default The V40 is up for sale. new car ordered so she must set sail

Right, well after much gesticulating vi have finally got my arse in gear and ordered a new car so the V40 will shortly be surplus to requirements.

2004 V40 on an '04 plate
2.0 petrol manual sport
LPG conversion Feb 2014 by yourksire auto gas car is on the LPG register and its taxation class is LPG
Black body work
Heated cream leather
Arcadias with good tyres all round
Has front splitter but removed because I kept bashing it!
Climate control
Cruise control
Led lights all round
Bi xenon headlights (factory)
Rear boot spoiler
Lecy windows all round
Lecy heated mirrors
2 remote keys
Official Volvo carpet mats

Basically I think, apart from electric seats and nav its has every option

LPG returns between the equivalent of 50 to 65mpg
£24 to fill the gas tank always returns at least 250 miles

87k but still in use so will go up. FSH, cam belt done at 76k
Due a service at 93k.

Slight scuff on the drivers side rear arch. General age related marks but will be machine polished and fully valeted before it goes.

10 months MOT left.

As some of you will know the car has been a bit of a pain on my wallet recently, but my pain is your gain. Since Christmas I have had the CEM sorted for the common light issue, also the ignition switch has been stripped and rebuilt, all by ADS in Leeds, which means nothing to worry about electrics wise for the new owner.

Since I have owned it over the last 17 months it has had...

Arcadias and tyres
Discs and pads all round
Replaced rear calipers
Air con regas and new condenser
2 main services
Cam belt (official Volvo)
Replace VVT
Replace all blown dash bulbs
Replace all lights with LED where possible
Deep clean inside and out
Leather hide feed several times
Replace hid bulbs
Rebuild ignition switch
Resolve CEM issues
Fit rubber boot mat
Fix parcel shelf fittings
There will be other stuff that I have forgotten about too!

Basically its been very well looked after in my ownership since Oct'13 and I have covered 20k in it in which time it has been a lovley car to own.

I will post pictures tonight, looking for offers in the region of 1600 of your English pounds.

Any questions let me know or gimme a call. ########

Car is in Leeds

That price is fair, again timing not great for me as if it were May onwards I might have been interested. I know from the last 2 years on here that you've looked after it.

Still have to persuade The Wife™ that another V40 is what she wants I did want a T4 for fun, however, LPG alternative is hard to turn down considering the mileage we'll be doing (10k a year).

(Is this one NA and is it possible to retrofit a turbo?)

Default I am Lazy

right, well the V40 has been sat on my drive since March because i am a lazy sod and havent got round to selling it.

If anyone is interested make me an offer, no MOT at present but i will get 12m on it for the right money. its had an aircon regass since the original post. only issue is one of the xenon bulbs is dead, obviously i would need to have that done for the MOT, otherwise its all good.

If anyone wants it as it as is im willing to take a low ball offer, i want a boxster so could do with the space! for parts alone its probably worth more than the whole
