Default 1999 T5 in Nautic Blue - Surrey.

Welcome gentlemen to the very reluctant sale of my 1999 T5 Auto which has an Electric sunroof, Cream leather, Immaculate engine bay, new Driveshafts, Tyres and Brakes...a recent service....load cover restored with new parts this week....drives lovely with smooth and strong power delivery through the auto 'box which features the Winter Pack....Upgraded to projector headlights and indicators but otherwise standard.

This very nice example is being sold simply due to lack of use.
£3250 to include a Dell Laptop, VIDA and DICE.

In the politest terms possible could I please ask that discussions with genuine, interested parties take place via PM only and, though it disappoints me to have to ask, could the forums usual 'valuation experts' please keep their opinions to themselves. Please.
This is a for sale thread, not a discussion.

The car is located here in Surrey so please ignore my outdated location in my profile (unless I manage to change it in the meantime !)

Selling here initially, then on to eBay etc etc etc.....

Any questions please PM me.

Thanks,
Mark.

Yes, I bought the car from Ernie, a lovely chap who was only selling due to having to give up driving due to failing eyesight.
Since then the car has received much love and attention.
As can probably be seen from the instrument cluster the car has hardly been used since the MOT - just 1526 miles, the majority of which were spent on the motorway running up and down during the house move to Surrey with items I wouldn't trust to the movers !

What work have you done to it man? Looks a cracking example.

Thanks for the message, I'll let you know if I'm selling the VIDA kit separately but for now its all going together.
Theres a pair of new gas struts for the tailgate too that I've yet to fit as its been too bloody cold lately and theres a spare electric mirror.
The top mount was found to be split as is usual so this was replaced with a poly version, all filters, fluid refresh, wipers, bulbs, rubber boot mat, restored load cover, restored leather, replaced number plate lamps and fresh pressed plates, steam cleaned carpets, machine polished and engine bay cleaned, Chrome tailpipe....etc etc...there are two keys included and one fob along with the original Handbook Pack and a batch of receipts.

*As seen in pic 23, there is a dent/impression on the lower part of the nearside rear door, which would be an easy repair/door swap....the idle can occasionally be slightly erratic when hot so will need investigating and the MOT is due in May.
With this in mind I'm open to offers.

More pics from the archives....

Looks like a great car. I purchased a V70R in the same colour a few weeks ago from a forum member and I'm very happy with it. IMO, the best shape of all the V70 generations.

Am sure someone will buy this off you very soon. Good luck with the sale.

Thanks !
I really don't want to part with it but its for the greater good that it goes to someone who will use it.
A few jobs to do (as with most 20+ year old cars) and a superb example it will be....
