Hi
My xc90 will not move In drive but will in manual. Is this a gear selector issue or clutch, gearbox. |

Cannot be clutch as the it only has one torque converter. If it moves in manual, then the torque converter must be working.
A simple indicator if the gear selector is working is to observe the indicator on the dash Does it show the correct indication for all positions of the gear lever? If so, the gear lever position detection is working correctly. Beyond the above the next step is to connect VIDA and read all codes

As mentioned before you will need to get the car plugged in to vida and see if there are any faults being flagged up from the gearbox. It will save a lot of time and guess work.
