Default cleaning hard interior plastics - best thing to use?

I have the light interior so over the years it has got a lot of black and dirty scuffs and such like from shoes on the door panel and around the floor and from tip runs/etc in the back boot area.

I have tried a few household cleaners/etc and nothing seems to really touch it so any suggestions?

reason for asking, i tried my old bottle of autoglym leather cleaner today (again for the nth time) however with a shoe polish brush to agitate and it has brought the seats up really well, but now it is the plastic that is showing it up.

I’ve recently used an Auto Glym interior shampoo on my dashboard, really cleaned it well.
Followed this with colourless back to black . A very good result. I guess it depends on the degree of dirt!🤔

Sounds like you have a plan already !

For every 10 people you ask, you will get 10 different answers, but for what it's worth, I've gone back to this one a few times:-

Farécla G3 Professional Super Dressing

Other than that, have you also tried a cloth soaked in hot water after spraying with a car interior /carpet foam like Groom ?

A good APC with an interior brush (shoe polish brush will suffice) should get most dirt and stains off even at 50% dilution. I usually use Bilt Hamber Surfex HD, but bought some no-nonsense APC from Screwfix a while back and it's just as good, if not better!
My go to interior dressing is Chemical guys natural look. Lovely deep but Matt finish, and smells great too!

I personally use those industrial hand wipes, normally 100 sheets pre moistened . Pick up the dust, removes scuffs and dirt and the finish is a Matt, none sticky, non scented one. Hate shiny plastic.

What is the name of the screwfix one? just taking a look and loads of things that look like it could be, and the only APC on a search is a branded product.

thanks

Yes, they are good. Used to clean the gear knobs and steering wheels on council highway trucks with those!
Forgot about that .🧐👍

Sorry, just seen this. It's the heavy duty degreaser I think..... I finished it a month or so back so can't check the bottle!
