Default Time for service message - again!!!

I'm unable to remove the 'Book time for Service' message upon start up of my V60 D2 R Design 2015 model.

I've found You Tube videos which I thought would do the trick, key in ignition, press again and hold the OK on the left indicator stalk for 10 sesonds etc. but alas I am unable to get the message to flash and disappear.

I guess I'm doing something wrong or missing something and any help would be much appreciated.

Discalaimer is that I've only done 5000m and nearly 9 months from my last service.

Thanks in advance

I thought this would work as it looks exactly the same as mine but I'm having no joy with it?

BOOK TIME FOR SERVICE comes on a month before the service is due , so it must have been reset 11 months ago , I wouldn't bother ,It will remind you to book the service , it goes out after a minute or when you cancel it with the button . If it has come on far too early then mention it when you have your service , Get them to check and alter the parameters so that it works properly next year .

So how do you reset it should you self service the car?

I had the same issue, just wouldn’t reset with the procedure shown online.
I have successfully reset mine using elm 327 and using the free “car scanner” app.

I have s60 d3 2016.
