I do this every time and it always seems to make the gearbox sweeter.

defo try the dump and fill I have done 3 changes on mine 138000mls ( 3 drop and fillls a time ) has made a massive difference.
1, changing up the box quicker
2, smoother but more positive changes
3, feel chuffed I managed to do it myself LOL
if doing it please invest in a long funnel and measuring jugs big ones
there's a joke in there somewhere

Gotta love big jugs (for measuring - of course)

Long "funnel" I'm not so sure about...

Cheers

Just had the first one done. The oil was more like tar! Even after just one, its hugely smoother, more consistent & doesn't hang-on - happier if were capable of telling me
Two more to go

You need a long funnel to reach the hole to squirt in all the fluid.
