Default Volvo 240 no start, please help

Hey guys this is my second post regarding my 1976 Volvo 242 DL with a B230 and M47 from a 1988 240. I’m completely lost and stuck and really need some help because this is my daily and I need my car back. I’ll run through the list of symptoms and everything I’ve done.

The car has the Bosch Jetronic LH-2.2 from the donor car. I did not do the swap so I cannot be super confident in the specific details of the swap. Starting a month ago the car would randomly not start. When it would start it would either run rough for the first few minutes and then clear up, or run great the whole time. Then after taking out the old aftermarket radio wires the car would not start. I know I did not cut or remove any wires regarding the ignition or fuel delivery systems on my car.

I’ve replaced:

Fuel filter at tank (I have 39 psi at the fuel rail and the fuel pump runs. Bypassed the relay to have it run constantly and still no start)
Fuel injectors
Fuel pressure regulator
Spark plugs
Distributor cap and rotor button
ECU

I cleaned and put dielectric grease on the connections between the Hall effect sensor wires and the icu, all wires going into the icu. I’ve also cleaned and put dielectric grease on some wire harness connector on the firewall in the engine bay. The car has spark, has fuel pressure, has compression. I haven’t verified the current getting to the injectors however I can hear them click and fire when cranking over when I use a screwdriver as a stethescope. The car with crank over with starting fluid.

I’m really at a loss at this point and really need someone to just try to help. I’m not sure what else to try. I’m at the point where I might just buy a new harness and install it.
