Default Windscreen washer fluid reservoir leakin

Hi,

Does anyone know how to remove the washer fluid reservoir on a Volvo S40 1.6D 2010?

The washer fluid reservoir is leaking and will not hold any water.

Thank you

Ghenti

If it is up near the bulkhead, remove drivers side front wheel arch liner for access; if it is at the front of the car removing the front bumper gives easy access.

Bit of a faff either way but nothing complicated!

There was a recall for leaking washer bottles,
as the fluid can get into the electrics and cause further problems. Possibly recall R49221. Might be worth a call to Volvo.

Thank you for your replies. I will try and remove the water tank this weekend.
