Servicing in Buckinghamshire

Does anyone know of a good independent to use in Bucks, I live in aylesbury so if its close to here then even better.

Also does anyone know how much a cambelt change should cost on an 02 v40 2.0T?

BTW this i my first post here!!

You can call Melvyn Johnson on 01442 866354. He is in Dudswell, just north of Berkhamstead.

He maintains both my late model Volvo track cars, an S70 and S60 T5 and some local Volvos in between building and running competition cars of various makes.

PW Cars in Farnham Common.

A bit hit and miss at servicing older / RWD models but OK with FWD by all accounts.

Friendly and helpful - nice people.

I have used Westlake Motor Services in Wycombe for a long time and cannot praise them highly enough - honest, knowledgable, reasonable labour rates, etc.

I have only just bought my first Volvo so I've not put them to the test yet as far as volvos go. I have also been down to Squire Furneaux (main dealer) in Wycombe, who have been extremely helpful diagnosing my MAF failure, and remained helpful even when I told them I was going to fix it myself.

I know this is an old thread, but I wondered whether anyone here can recommend a knowledgeable and reasonably priced garage in South Bucks that does repairs as well as servicing for older Volvos.
