Engine oil
Hi all,
The barge got through it's MOT (1 engine mount needed and a few advisories) I think he now deserves a service The manual recommends 10w/30, but this seems quite rare what do you recommend? Halfords search comes up with 10w/40 It's a 1992 240 2.0 Thanks Mart |

I use a 10 / 40 semi synthetic, Comma from memory. You can do a search online with Comma, Castrol or other oil companies

Incidentally. I noticed on Thursday that ASDA are running their occasional Castrol promotion.
GTX 10w40 semi synthetic at £13 for 4 litres. Their GTX 15w40 and their Magnetic are also both reduced. |
