Information: - cost of diesel in holland ?

I am off to holland this weekend and was wondering if anyone knows the current price for diesel in that country.
If it is a lot cheaper I will go will a near empty tank.

How does £1.15 sound, you can make 20p per liter.
Good old Dutch, the UK is by the way the only country where Diesel is more expensive then Petrol

i will not explain the the complete roadtax system in the netherlands.

it is very different as to the english.

diesel cars are more expensive on roadtax than the equivalent petrolcar.

this is offset against a lower dieslprice at the pump.

average price diesel 1 euro 30 which comes close to 1,15 gbp even less

Last time i was in Belgium, the Diesel was slightly cheaper there too, not by much though. Thats if you're travelling up thru' Belgium on the way there.

The diesel price is currently over my petrol price here in North Germany (in and around Bremen). Diesel is around €1.50/liter. Petrol (E10 and E5) €1.48/liter...

and that, even though diesel has a lower taxing compared to petrol...
