Default 1800E or ES Gearbox Tunnel Wanted

Does anybody have an E or ES gearbox tunnel that I can buy?

I want the complete tunnel, with flanges, from the firewall to the prop tunnel.

I’m happy to cut it out myself if required.

Cheers,

Darren.

Were the tunnels on the automatic vs. the manual the same? Might help to call out if you want the automatic or manual tunnel.

just fabricate one there so easy and i mean so easy you can cut your old one out and use the big hole and turn it around you then use sheet metal and its a job gooding thats what i have done to my estate to take a M41 box works a treat i will be over at car tomorrow as i have it back atm from bodyshop till its ready for final prep work then the paint can go on .

i will take photos and post them up in here 2morrow night

Default example

here are the photos sorry for dust its on hold till i get the white amazon project finished then i can complete this -now once you have seen them here is a few tips ....

use the seat belt restrant holders hole as a Datum point take measurements from this point and it will help set you out .

i used the OEM holes from the section i cut out and rewelded them in so it was OEM looking and the holes where right also flared then.

cut out the tunnel once happy with marks , use sheet metal to gain area needed and then as above weld in the holes and shape at front and its that simple also a big tip is have the M41 box there to trial fit

nudge me if you want any mesurements and which one i was in a rush tonight so took images but i can do a detailed drawing if need be

Hi Rob,

Thanks for taking the time to take the photos.

That looks tidy enough and has a reasonable factory look (if you don't know the Amazon).

I'll give that some thought when I have the gearbox I intend to use.

Cheers,

Darren.

Still looking for an E or ES manual gearbox tunnel.

Willing to pay a reasonable amount for an unmolested one.
