Default Should I keep the 20 inch wheels on the S90?

I've just placed a deposit on an used S90 and it comes with the 20inch Diamond cut alloy. I've asked the dealer to change it to the 18inch alloy and they said they can do it without any charge.

Do you think I should have kept the 20 inch wheels? Or keep the wheels for sale and then get a new 18 inch alloy?

I am quite clumsy on the road and if I keep the 20 inch I think I will scratch it within days

Thanks.

Keep them and swap them for my mint 18” alloys plus some cash your way maybe?? Which ones are on it at the moment?

To be honest the 18” will ride better on most crappy UK roads.

Currently it's on the 20 inch wheel. I am not even sure how do i keep that 4 20 inch wheels if I were to swap to a new 18 inch wheel. I wonder how much does it cost from Volvo for the new 18 inch wheels with tyres.

Genuine wheels from Volvo would be very expensive.

If you are serious about wanting 18s don’t let the dealer have the 20s - I’m happy to arrange a swap. Dead easy job!!

I really wanted 20s on my car but it was the only thing I couldn’t find when it came to my perfect car.

Where are you based? I really don't want us swapping the wheels and later Volvo said because we didn't do it with them, it affect parts of the car and void the warranty In fact the salesperson did mention something about this when I ask him to swap it.

Let me think about it and PM you later?

Ahhh right - that’s the standard Inscription wheel I think.

I prefer the black and silver wheels R Design style.

There’s a guy in Kent on eBay who has a few sets of Volvo alloys for sale. He might do you a deal on your 20s for 18s

This is the chap. He has a set of 18s in stock he claims are as new.

I’m nothing to do with him. Just found them when looking for 20s.
