No audio

Just been on a short trip, all OK on the way, stopped for a few minutes to collect stuff.

When I started to come home there is no audio!!

No music although it is supposed to be playing. Yes volume is turned up.
No voice from 'Google' although there is the indication that my voice is heard.
No clicking from indicators which work OK.

Weird, is there a big MUTE button somewhere?

Press and hold the center 'home' button for the main screen for 20 or so seconds to reboot AAOS and this should bring back audio.

Ive had this a couple of times with mine and the reset procedure has worked each time its happened.

I've only had it happen twice in nearly 2 years but I believe others have had it much more frequently. It seems to depend on the individual car and how its incorporated with AAOS.

Do you use the Amazon app, this seems to break the infotainment, since I stopped using it it I have not had to do an infotainment reset.

Still at least you can do it in car on my Abarth when Windows crashes I have to disconnect the battery, fortunately they did have the foresight to install a quick release on the negative terminal.

I’ve had it happen 6 or 7 times in the past, though not recently. I don’t use the Amazon app.

I've had it once or twice on my Sensus car. I've also had it where the volume sticks at a level and can't be turned up or down, but only on one input (if the volume is stuck on DAB, I can change to USB and then the volume works, but back to DAB and it doesn't). Restarting the car fixes it.

Never had this in my Escort van in the 80's! Not sure I'd swap back though...
