Engine Mounts
Just tucked the car up for the winter and of course, loads of jobs planned.....
I've just done the gearbox mount but the engine ones have also seen better days. It strikes me that the easiest way would be from underneath removing the bracket bolts from the block, then suppporting the engine so I can push the rubber mounts and brackets out together. A dopey idea or am I on the right track? |

That's the way I did it. A upgrade would be to use the 164 engine mounts, they are stiffer and last a lot longer. It's a direct fit.
