Sat Nav/Phone: - Xc60 sat nav locks up

Has anybody seen the sat nav on the xc60 (2013) lock up?
For a start each day i get in the car it believes i live in Belgium!!
Then when i program my destination, set off and stop for a coffee, the nav system tries to start up again and after 2 hours of the screen showing nothing, it then thinks it is where i stopped for coffee! Fine if i wish to sit for two hours and wait but poor if i need to know where i am going.
My dealer says it is a software bug but no one else has complained to them suggesting it is not software.
All help happily received.

I'm sure I saw someone posting about a similar problem in the XC60 section.
