Under right mirror - what is that
As in subject. Looks is in the place where one of 360 cameras are. My car do not have 360. Is only on driver side mirror
Also another question about something inside the car. I have no idea what is that and what for. |

Second photo is where the top of the cargo net is secured. I can't make out the first photo but the 360 camera has a camera under each door mirror.
Edit; just checked mine and it has that plus the camera, it looks like a puddle light. 20210516_111233.jpg

The first picture shows the external temperature sensor.

Something else I have learnt after nearly 5 years of owning it, I was not aware it was there until today.

Like wise. After nearly two and a half years of owning my V90 I've only just twigged the little thing under the drivers side mirror. Due to the OP's post went to have a look. Learn something new everyday..

Come on Steve, Volvo have been putting the external temperature sensors under the mirrors for years, you've had enough of them to have noticed when you carry out your concourse level washing for BKV's! Haha!

Indeed, it was already there in some (or perhaps all) MY2001 Volvos.

It is in the same place and looks the same on my Peugeot Boxer based motorhome. But being a JV between Peugeot, Citroen and Fiat, it started reading consistently 5 degrees lower than actual and the only way of getting it fixed is an entire new mirror....... I just unplugged it as 3 dashes on the display is less annoying than a wrong temperature.
