Small bore air intake hose elbow
There are 2-small bore hoses going into the top of the air cleaner on my car. The upper one has a 90 degree elbow that connects it to the box. The other end of the hose connects to the bottom of the airbox. Its a small bore plastic pipe about 2mm diameter. The elbow is soft plastic and it as disintegrated. I have a donor car with the same part that has also disintegrated. Has anybody got the part number for it, or know what it is called or where I could get one please? I haven't tried a Volvo dealer yet.

Can't find the part number, the black plastic pipe is 3mm diameter so you might be able to find something to fit from this link
For reference this is what it should look like

I had some from a Volvo dealership relatively recently to do the PCV system on my car, as I recall, they don't seem to do the 'elbow' but supply a flexible rubber pipe of the same diameter size, they do the thin plastic line, both sold by the metre.

Try Merlin motorsport at Castle combe track , not to far from you and worth a visit just to see all the gear they sell. WARNING ! stay focused on what you went there for , or like me you will spend a lot more than intended , it's an Aladins cave for any petrol head .

Small bore pipe:~

Try Car Builder Solutions or similar:~ Plenty of rubber types here but if still difficult they do not necessarily need to be rubber- small metal bends & small hose may also work. This size also looks very similar to the carburettor/distributor advance used on many older cars: another option? Bob. |

If you know of a breaker you will find a wealth of these elbows on vacuum operated cruise control pumps/servo. I collected several from a P1 S40 breaker.
