Ordered a yellow sticker...Got a white sticker!

As the title suggests I ordered a yellow sticker ETM and received a white sticker ETM so I'm looking for advice.

My car has a very erratic idle which is driving me insane, I only purchased the car in December and the problem occurred in January, so not happy!

I decided to find a yellow sticker ETM to deal with the problem so contacted Salvo who assured me they'd be sending an ETM complete with a yellow sticker. However the one I've received has a white one. I called and I'm told they don't have a yellow sticker ETM in stock but not to worry the white one will work. And if they did have a yellow sticker it would have cost me £500 not the £100 I paid. Not what he said when taking my money!!

I'm really unhappy with this but thought I'd see what you guys have to say. Is it worth installing the white sticker and hoping it lasts a while? Or is this just a waste of time and money?

Strange one that, Paul...Salvos are usually pretty good..but if you didn't receive what you actually ordered then I guess you have every right to send it back and get a refund.?
...as for a "yellow" sticker ETM...wouldn't cost you that much (£500) from a Volvo main dealer.!!!
The one they've sent might be ok and be better than what you have right now...trouble is you don't know for how long...and you still have to get it "married" to the car.
