1.7 dizzy cap replacment
Just a quuick tip I remembered about changing the dizzy cap on 1.7 340 engines. Volvo were very kind and secured the dizzy cap on with flat head screws wich are very difficult to undo. So once you have undone them the once make it easy for next time and thow them in the bin, you can replace them with standard M6 bolts then alowing you to use a 10mm spanner. A few pence well spent.

Good tip, in fact, Volvo now supply small bolts if you ask them for replacement screws.
