I AM LOOKING FOR A L/H/D/ 240 FOR BITS ,I INTEND TO DO THE PLYMOUTH TO DAKAR CHALLANGE IN 2006 I ALLREADY HAVE A R/H/D/ MODEL AS A DONER CAN ANYBODY HELP ME LOCATE AM WILLING TO TRAVEL DOSH WAITING

re budget for L/H/D/ 240 this realy depends on condition; i only require certain part but will purchase whole vehicle if need be thanks for your intrest lets keep in contact

Lot's of cars make it - take a look at their website. £100 buys a pretty decent car theses days with falling secondhand prices. Volvos are especially sort after for this jaunt because obviously of their robustness and high ground clearance.
There used to be a ready source of suitable cars here, but one of the countries on the route (Gabon, Guinea?) has introduced a stupid rule that only allows left-hand drive cars through their country.
Hence the appeal.
