Mike,
I already searched "google" haynes and vida The link you posted is handy anyway thanks for that But a "fuelpump relay" is ofcourse visible in a diagram thats not denied I know there should be a fuelpump relay I want to know where it is Physically. Could you point the physical position out in this link before i loose my sanity? Because i cant find it the chapter "relays" points out relays in the trunk and enginebay and no fuelpump relay there. Then we have the CEM (where the relay should be) only a drawing of a closed box with no relays visible or a hint where to open it up Only under the chapter "fuses" there is a drawing of fuses low on the cem wich correspond with what i saw when i crawl under the steering collum with no relays http://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/dow...ng_diagram.pdf This is what i see The fuses , Now i understand that i have to unclip it somewhere to get it a bit down And then i should see this: Doesnt seem the same thing Last edited by 5cilinder; Feb 16th, 2012 at 06:48. |

If your car is 2005 volvo model year or later ( L shaped CEM ) it doesnt have a fuel pump relay it uses transistors (FET's) in the CEM to switch the tank pump . What's the problem anyway? The fuel pump wire is one of the Blue wires .

@clan
This could explain my frustration not finding it But how can this be? look here at page 16 http://www.volvoclub.org.uk/tech/New...006-Theory.pdf Its explicitly 2006 models with a fuelpump relay |
