The GBP 11.5K one, yes?
Best of luck with it.

There's a seal on a driven vacuum pump which commonly fails on the 3.2. I assume the 3.0 has the same layout.

Also, besides the alternator's "free-wheel" pully, there's another 'free-wheel' within the shallow depths of the READ hardware.

And it's not brown, it's twilight bronze metallic!!
Hi Paul,

When you get the tailgate work done, make sure you test it out with the vehicle parked on a slope too. Mine was fine when parked on the level or facing downhill, but when parked facing uphill the powered tailgate would rise and then drop down to the half open position. Had mine done under warranty and the dealers had to change the struts and the power motor to resolve the problem.

Enjoy the new wheels!

Looks great, I had a 20 year old Lexus as a fresh Japanese import, absolutely spotless underneath. The dog looks fed up though!

I had no issues with the seller at all, his names Tony.

I traveled from Glasgow to Birmingham twice, once to view and once to collect. He arranged to pick us up and drop us off at the nearest train station. Any questions were answered. He done a personal 12 minute video of the car for us without asking, showing all the good bits and bad, stone chips etc, so there was no surprises when we got there. As mentioned before, any issues I raised were resolved before collection. But like anything, go and view first. He also has a nice looking silver V70 T6 coming in, a bit steep price wise I think for it, but looks good. (Scrap that, must be sold, no longer on his site).
