Default Turn off tracking?

I have a new C40 and I want to turn of location of the car. I've read that this is possible whilst unlocked and driving but apparently there is no way of stopping it from showing its location when its parked and locked.

This may well be the same for other Volvos with the app but I have the C40.

It just seems a real privacy issue if I'm visiting a place I dont want someone to know about (no I'm not having an affair!)

Thanks.

With pay per mile 'they' may end up tracking us all!

Get rid of any pagers or walkie talkies too! 🥺
