This week's auto express has a good tyre review article - Vreidestein come out top which surprised me. A limited range of tyres of course, and only 195/65 size, but interesting all the same. Re the 340 and PAS, my Mum had a 1980 340 GL 1.4 variomatic which had PAS - she would only buy cars with PAS and the choice was this or a Datsun Cherry.
