Default V40 Turbo Internals

Hi,

Does anyone with a detailed service manual (eg. VADIS) have a schematic of the internals of the Low Pressure Turbo charger found on the 2.0T (B204T) engine. Mines not boosting so I want to try and work out what possible things might be causing the problem, with the possibility of a stripdown if I find something.

Thanks

Vadis dosen't have such pictures or information. The only repair kit that Vadis offers is a new wastegate actuator 9471539. Volvo also do a replacement turbo unit for approximately €1000 and will want your old unit back.

Maybe you could post in the preformance section as I read a few posts about stripping and rebuilding turbo chargers.

The folks over here might also have a "How To"
